We always produce according to DIN EN ISO 9445, whereby tighter tolerances and limited demands (i.e. analysis limits) which exceed the guidelines of the standards, can be agreed upon.
The multifaceted application range of our products demands not only the customary edge finishing but also special edge finishing according to the customers special demands.
We can provide special edgings which are in accordance with the specific customer requirements.
Edge finishing:
Cut edge (GK) – burrless upon request
deburred/ sharp (sharp edged)
rounded roll edge (semi-round)
tool-rounded edge (round)
planed edge (sharp edged)
other edge finishing possibilities:
Apart from the above mentioned edge finishes it is also possible to supply the following product finishing:
flat rolled surfaces – to optimise the surface evenness
lightly re-rolled surfaces – to increase the tensile strength
